Software

How can we help? As a child, I could neither read nor write and was classified as ‘educationally retarded’, initially failing most Elementary Grades and repeating Year 8, then became a factory labourer, at 16 a bank teller and, at 18, a teacher.

“Those early days taught me a lot. The problem was that I didn’t know how to learn. Now, among many other things, I want to help people to learn about themselves.” Perhaps it is not coincidental that the first three times standardized Australian computerised careers guidance software (ACVII) was developed as the most widely used software throughout Australia in schools, State and Federal Government Departments, TAFE Colleges, Universities and private enterprise.

However I also originated ACSTAR (Australian Computerised Study Techniques Assessment Report) which reflects an imperative approach to helping students to become more self-directive and independent.
